Data Center Services
Hosting at our data center
We include very high reliability and fast response time hosting services at no additional charge.
Our data center includes load balanced, redundant servers with automatic failover, RAID disks, firewall and other intrusion protection, physical and logical security, fire protection, offsite data backup, and redundant power with diesel generators and redundant, separated and internet backbone connections from different suppliers. Transmissions may be and sensitive data is encrypted. Server availability and response time are checked every few minutes with automatic, remote and human monitoring and our staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the unlikely event of a failure or degradation.
Hosting at your data center
Because of the very high transaction volumes generated by schedule GPS transmissions (600/day/phone), regular system tuning, extensive monitoring requirements, frequent application updates, and updates of special format geographical databases, virtually all of our customers choose to have the data center hosted by us. However, if you have a special requirement to host on your own data center, please contact us.
